Mike is the leader and frontman for the very popular band, Steppin' Out, now in its twelfth year. His Santa Maria-based ensemble began in 2009. Mike, on vocals, keyboards, and sax, leads his band with a special talent, chemistry, and passion!
Atwell's voice has been described as "a force of nature", belting out hard rock hits as current lead singer for Rock of Ages, AC/DC tribute band High Voltage, and Rebel 66. Kelly's high-energy performances at Jams in the past, backed by Unfinished Business, have left the crowd 'thunder struck'! This year Kelly will have the same inpact, doing mini tributes to Free, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, and more, as well as collaborating with other Jam artists on some special performances. This guy is a rocker!
For over 30 years, Charlie has performed across the USA, has recorded in Nashville, and has opened for music industry heavyweights such as Warren Zevon, REO Speedwagon, Damn Yankees featuring Ted Nugent and Tommy Shaw, The Lovin’ Spoonful, and Laurence Juber. For the Jam, Charlie will be doing a tribute to one of his favorite artists, Neil Young.
Seen here on the Central Coast in the 'Legends' tribute series as Ray Charles, Roy and his "effortlessly sultry voice" commands the Jam Opening Ceremony with his rendition of America the Beautiful. Roy, a former member of Unfinished Business, will also perform iconic Motown, Memphis, and other soul classics at the Jam with Unfinished Business.
Terry Lawless has a mindboggling resume as a professional musician and touring professional, working with dozens of the biggest stars of popular music, including many years touring with the Irish band U2. When he is home with his family in Santa Maria, Terry performs locally as Sweet T's One Man Caravan, wowing local music fans and dancers with his unique stage show that couples mastery of numerous instruments with an astounding repertoire of over 2000 tunes. Terry is a solid keyboardist, playing piano, electric piano, Hammond organ, cutting-edge synthesizers and even some cajun and zydeco accordion; he is also a passionate soloist on saxophones, flute, and electronic wind instruments.
Unfinished Business is a Central Coast band initially formed in 2003 and specializing in what is arguably the best music of all time: 1960s rock 'n' roll and soul. Think The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Motown and Memphis soul, and much more. Band members are Ed Miller, guitar and vocals, Bill Wolf, drums and vocals, Mike Dias, bass and vocals, and Stan Harrison, keyboards.
