If your organization provides programs and/or services in support of Veterans, the Unfinished Business Memorial Day Jam is a great opportunity to connect with your target market!

Guidelines & Requirements

  • Each Exhibitor provided a 10' x 10' lawn space (no electricity available; this is an outdoor event).

  • Space is limited and will be allocated based on order of receipt of completed applications with priority given to organizations providing programs and/or services to support Veterans and their families.

  • Exhibitors provide own set-up (i.e. table, chairs, shade canopy, etc.) and may display banners representing their organization.

  • Displays containing any motorized vehicle must be approved in advance by UBMDJ event representative AND submit proof of vehicle insurance with application.

  • Each exhibit to be staffed by at least 1 person (limited to 4 total) for duration of event.

  • There is no fee to exhibit.  Exhibitors may not offer goods or services for sale at the event.
